I'm giving a full 5 stars because I actually had great customer service. My order got stuck at a facility at USPS. I simply replied to my confirmation email and asked if they could look into it. I got a response within 24 hours. Ultimately, USPS lost it. The service rep offered either a refund or replacement. I chose a replacement and got it within a reasonable time frame. I couldn't ask for more.

It took a while to receive the rings I ordered, BUT, their communication was good, AND THE QUALITY OF THE RINGS ARE FABULOUS! I am very pleased!

Great company, and amazing products! I have bought their team rings for 2 years, in 2024 and 2025, and never had problems. The quality of their product, is legit, and in my last purchase the USPS delivered my package at the wrong mailbox, and they helped me getting it back. I will buy with them next year as well!

Ok, the rating is for customer service. The delivery took forever so I contacted them. Within a hour or so, I got a reply they were checking on it. They got back and said delivery service hadn't updated info. Next morning got text delivery next 2 days. I got my ring and all is good. Great customer service team.
