I was hesitant to order a bulb for my projector in case there was other issues. I had been told to only buy from the original manufacturer. Their price was very high, so I tried doing the purchase on order. Bulb arrived on time. Was exactly the same as old bulb. Projector is working again. Thanks,

In regards to ordering a new projector bulb-we had contacted customer service to assist in the order. The email response was fast. Polite people to speak with as well.

Purchasing the correct bulb for my Mtisubishi rear projection HDTV could not have gone more smoothly or easily. They stuck to their scheduled delivery date even though they eventually had to ship overnight. I will use this company again for the next bulb replacement(s).
