Very satisfied
The lamps we ordered came at a fair price. Would make this a five star review except delivery took a few days longer than anticipated. This was not a problem, but rather the difference between Great and Excellent.

Not long lasting
We bought a replacement lamp from you 4 months ago and it already burned out so now we're buying another. Hopefully it will last longer.

Why so much more than Amazon!
It arrived in a very timely manner! My only problem is the price. Amazon was selling the lamp for less then 50 dollars except they were out of the model that i needed. Since this was the first replacement, and i own my TV for a number of years, it was OK. I will however purchase another one from Amazon just in case i need one!

Hello Annelies, Thank you for your feedback. Most of the lamps you see on Amazon that are $50 or less are going to be generic or what we call knock off lamps. What you purchased from MyProjectorLamps.com is an original lamp. The quality is much better and you will get the full lifespan of the lamp unlike generic lamps that never perform to the same standard as the original. Thanks, Customer Support MyProjectorLamps.com

Small Problem
The service is great. The problem we have is that we are resellers of your product. You put this huge label on the box that is not removable with our business information on it. We will not resell your product because of this It may be because you are covering up your providers label , I don't know.

Hello David, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for sending your lamps in our branded boxes. We do offer blind shipments which will come in a brown generic box with no labels except the one identifying what lamp it is. It was extremely easy to order the lamp on the web site, and was here 3 days earlier than the projected time frame.

Great Experience
I ordered several replacement bulbs for our two projectors. Their prices are excellent and their customer service is great. They contacted me immediately when there was a question about inventory and availability and worked with me to get my bulbs as quickly as possible. Excellent experience.

Good site, prompt service, good experience all around
I had a very positive experience with MyProjectorLamps. It was very easy to locate the right materials for my lamp, as well as get an order placed. All in all I was not on the site long before I had what I wanted. The bulb I ordered was well protected during shipping, and arrived in a timely fashion. My only issue was that the site was not immediately intuitive to switch between choosing either a bare bulb, or a bulb plus a new housing (I was shopping for the former).
