I had high hopes because they called me back super fast on quotes when Customer was ready to order I called to make purchase ordered two bulbs ($800) with next day shipping (40$ ) they informed me they only had one of the two in stock and the other were about 6 days out :-( . I told them to make the order and I would be making another order on the next day if customer was ok with the wait . I called back next day and got another 2 bulbs 4 total they said they would ship them all in one package next day as soon as they came in off back order . Got two on Wednesday had to hold off irate customer and call my projector lamps .com to see if other two bulbs had shipped . They informed me they had shipped them next day and I would receive them the following day . I asked about refund for next day shipping I had paid for the week befor and agent said of course I would be getting credit card refund for shipping . No such thing !

I purchase a lamp for my TV from you, I was sent the wrong one, called and asked for the correct model and was sent the wrong one again, it was the exact same one. Upon returning both to your company I was charge .$24.00 to return both. This is so unfair that you did not incur the cost for shipping it back to you when the mistake was yours both times. No return, no refund what a wonderful way to blackmail your customers. Roman Garza, Jr.

I have yet to receive the bulb I ordered. I have called and was told the order was listed as a quote and they were unsure why, but would send it next day delivery that was a week ago.

They seem to have a complete lack of stock. I have placed 2 orders within the last 9 months that have had issues with lack of stock. It has taken over 2 months both times to receive what was ordered and all I get is the basic run around "I apologize story". We will not purchase from them going forward.

I ordered two replacement lamps for my projector and paid for next day delivery and after 10 days I still have not received my lamps .

I paid extra for overnight delivery, yet it took 6 business days for them to ship. What's the point of having overnight delivery as an option if it takes over a week to even leave their warehouse?

Ordered on the 12th didn't ship until the 23rd, requested next day shipping, tracking says it should arrive on the 30th

lamp was delivered on time. lamp came damaged. called the co. to report the damage & was told to go ahead & use it. i told the man i paid for a undamaged lamp & expected a new lamp to be sent. he said he would e-mail me to get damaged lamp back to co. that was 3 days ago.STILL WAITING.
