I usually have a great experience but the last 3 times I have had to call and find out where my bulb is. Only to find out it had not been sent out at all yet due some conflict.

The lamps that I ordered (and paid for needed two day delivery) were never shipped. Attempts to resolve the issue resulted in confusion. Double shipping, Confusing emails. I did get the lamps. I am bumping my review from two stars to three because i can tell that the company really wants to excel in customer support. They happily resolved the confusion problem to my satisfaction. I doubt if this type of problem would happen again. If it weren't for this problem, I probably would rate it 5 stars. I would order from them again.

I had to swap the working lamp into the old housing. Not a big deal but frustrating.

Do yourself a favor and read the fine print. I ordered a specific Sanyo factory number, and I am not sure what we got. Had to go back to the website to read the fine print that stated: "The SANYO PDG-DHT100L projector lamp is made from ORIGINAL** parts and is intended as a replacement for use in Sanyo brand projectors and is a replacement lamp for the alternative projector models listed below." They arrived in generic myprojectorlamp.com boxes, not Sanyo boxes, and though they were well packaged, the lamps were loose in the housings and a couple clip fell out and needed to be placed back in.

Paid for overnight shipping on my bulb and I was told they were out of stock and wouldn't be in stock for 14 days. When I asked for a refund on the shipping they gladly agreed but I have still not been refunded after another week and 3 phone calls later. On the other hand, the bulb works great

Ordered lamps for one of most important services of the year. Easter. Lamps scheduled to arrive on Friday....this would have been fine. But lamps didn't make it to us until monday. Too late. Missed the reason for the purchase. Very disappointed in the length of time it too to get the lamps.

The product we ordered showed as in stock. I needed it immediately only to find the next day it was out of stock. I rechecked the website and it still said it was in stock. Frustrating and inaccurate. Pay attention. Got immediate refund, but not what I needed when I needed it. Had to find another vendor for emergency order. Ordered more from MyProjectorLamps and was very pleased to be offered a discount and very nice treatment.
