was not compatible. However. A call to customer service went well. They offered to swap out the bulb. They were very concerned to make thing right. They even paid for my return shipping. I must change my rating based on excellent customer service. I would use them in the future

There was a small problem with my order; however, myprojectorlambs staff cough the error before it was sent. They email and called to let me know everything was now correct. Great job.

The lamp was shipped almost immediately after the order was placed and it worked perfectly. I contacted them regarding which lamp to buy and customer service was excellent.

I bought this lamp to replace the one that burned out in my projector. It was still the original. The lamp is all I expected. It is bright, crisp, and looks just like it did before. So, I am impressed and happy with the choice. Customer service has also been impeccable when I had a question about the lamp.

I had a lamp begin to flicker, so I contacted MyProjectorLamps and they sent me a replacement immediately after I returned it. From my initial call, until the new lamp arrived took less than a week. Great job, and thank you.

A quick online chat to confirm the correct bulb. Order from the website. Prompt arrival and packaged to reduce risk of damage during shipping. What else can they do?
