I ordered two projector lamps on June 26th. As of today, July 11th, I still have not received my lamps. I called on July 7th and was told the lamps I ordered were on back order. I am disappointed that they didn't inform me of this on their own. Last Thursday I ordered the same lamp from Amazon (and got it the next day) just to get us through Sunday's service. I should have just ordered from Amazon in the first place.

Epson lamp assembly not scheduled for delivery until 6/29/16, 2-1/2 weeks after placing order for what was advertised as an in-stock part. Not sure if problem is with FedEx Ground or MyProjectionLamps.com.

I kind of think that I got a run around with the deceptive add for fast shipping and that they have the bulb in stock here in Florida, when in fact after calling about my order they told me it was coming from California by way of pony express. It took just over two weeks to get the bulb. I hope this helps you with your decision. Captain Bill

When I took the lamp out of the box the bulb was completely separated from the housing, two of the tiny screws that were supposed to secure it were loose in the bag, and the third screw was missing. Beyond that, I could not screw the lamp into the housing because the holes in the metal were too big and the screws fit so loosely they fell right out. So I had to go get more screws.

Good prices but the lamp was bad upon arrival.. I guess you get what you pay for I had to talk to multiple people to explain my situation and resolve the issue. Ultimately, I was given a full refund, but it was a hassle to do so.

Ordered the replacement bulb on the 3/11/16 shipped on 3/22/16. Needed the bulb for Easter Service. Still don't have the bulb the day before Easter. Tracking shows to be delivered the day after Easter. The bulb showed in stock when ordered took too long to ship.

When I received the replacement bulb, the bulb itself was coming out of the housing. I had to take some of the housing apart to seat the bulb properly and then secure it. I was worried that it might not work, but it did. I was very glad for that. Other than that, all was good.
