I bought a projector lamp which was, unfortunately, defective. MyProjectorLamps.com came through with instructions and a mailing label for return and offered a prompt refund. Integrity is important in online sales and this company stands above the rest. Thank you!

Hello Sandy, We are sorry that you haven't had a good experience shopping with MyProjectorLamps. We are always happy to refund our customers if they are unsatisfied within 180 days. Please call us at 1-888-785-2677 and we will refund you once we get the product back. Sony does not manufacture projector lamps, they outsource them to Philips, Ushio and Osram. We sell Philips, Ushio and Osram original lamps and we are very clear about it on the website. Please call us, we want to refund you as fast as possible. Sorry any inconvenience we may have caused you.

Very competitive pricing on genuine OEM lamps, including free shipping. No sales tax for many states. Shipping via FedEx ground arrived right as estimated. 180 day warranty. What's not to like? They've earned my repeat business! 😊

This is the first time I ordered a new projector lamp from MyProjectorLamps. They made the process easy on line. The price was good, and I got the lamp fast. I will order my next lamp here again.
