We've seen this more than once. Some antidetect browsers force remote DNS, use poor DNS resolvers, or enable DNS leak protection features that can introduce significant delays. The result is that everything feels slow, even though the proxy itself is working normally. Before jumping to conclusions and leaving negative reviews, please try to reproduce the issue using a clean browser profile with no cookies, no extensions, a standard browser, or a different antidetect browser altogether. You have been using our services for nearly two years. If the proxies were really that bad, I assume you would have raised the issue long before now. Instead, the first time you decide to review us is when you encounter a problem and immediately conclude that it must be proxy-related, without first ruling out the other variables in your setup.

Your review is both inaccurate and misleading. Before using terms like "scam," it’s worth understanding what that actually means. To clarify: on our private proxy plans, we provide a mix of Datacenter and ISP Residential IPs — and we’ve never advertised a guaranteed ratio between the two. In your case, the IP you complained about was, in fact, an ISP Residential IP, announced by a tier-1 provider. Also, we don't promise that any proxy will return a specific result on any of the 15,000+ lookup tools out there — nor do we claim to deliver proxies with a certain fraud or quality score. Those scores have very little to do with actual performance or success rate in real-world use cases. You didn’t provide the name of the lookup site or explain how its result impacts your use case, but even so, we went ahead and replaced the proxy for you. And how did you show appreciation for that? By sending us a response full of insults and threats — which was completely baseless and unnecessary. That kind of behavior reflects a lack of maturity in understanding what’s actually happening. As a result, we’ve terminated your service. We’re here to support serious users who know what they need — not to entertain aggression or entitlement.

Actually, you received a response just 4 hours after submitting your ticket. Please make sure to check your email and the tickets section in your MPP account before making any claims. For reference, here’s what we responded with: - Please keep in mind, our service doesn't promise to deliver IPs with a specific fraud or quality score as determined by lookup sites, especially when such methods are not directly related to the actual success rate of their use. It's not something META or most other platforms look at when assessing IP reputation. So, go ahead and use your proxy as you intended, and if you run into any problems, just give us a shout. But really, there's no need to lose sleep over fraud scores from lookup sites that don't impact your proxy's performance for your specific tasks.

Google has very aggressive anti-scraping protections, and using a single IP is almost certain to get blocked quickly. We recommend rotating multiple proxies for better results. If you need guidance on the best setup, please let us know.

Your Google requests are being blocked or filtered due to restrictions or DPI (Deep Packet Inspection) commonly used in mainland China. Here's how you can address this issue: Switch to HTTPS Over SOCKS5: If the current setup is using HTTP, switch to SOCKS5 with port 29843. This can sometimes evade DPI-based filtering, which might be interfering with Google traffic. Ensure Scrapebox is configured to handle proxies properly: Go to the Settings menu in Scrapebox and verify the proxy settings. Import proxies with port 29843 and set them as SOCKS. Test each proxy manually in Scrapebox to confirm connectivity with Google. If this don't work, use the instructions below: Set up one of your proxies with Shadowsocks: Configure one proxy in Shadowsocks as a SOCKS5 proxy to tunnel all network connections. This creates a secure, obfuscated connection that can bypass restrictions like China's DPI. Run Scrapebox with other proxies on top of this setup: Once the entire network is tunneled through Shadowsocks, Scrapebox can use the remaining proxies for its operations. By running Scrapebox with the other proxies after setting Shadowsocks as the base tunnel, it ensures that all requests are routed through the obfuscation layer, including Google traffic. Install Shadowsocks on your PC. Configure one of the proxies as a SOCKS5 proxy within Shadowsocks. Enable system-wide tunneling in Shadowsocks to route all traffic through it.
