I've been using this company for a few months now and I've had one issue and a few questions. When a proxy subnet went down, I contact support and it took only 4 minutes before it was replaced with a working subnet. My ISP started to change my dynamic IP a little too often (1-5 times per day) so I had issues with not being authorized. I had to manually go in each time and update to my new IP. This created a massive headache for me - one round later to technical support and the solution was at my hand to use API access to update my authorized IP. Thank you - I highly recommend MyPrivateProxy!

Contrary to others, the support is A* these guys have really helped me through COVID, you should ignore the negative reviews i think there all nonsense. Guys keep doing what your doing

I have two contracts with MPP. Immediate allocation of proxies and they work fine. Although I wanted UK proxies for one of the orders, I didn't get them because I just requested European. However, quickly and easily resolved with support. My bad as there is a space for special requirements when you order and I didn't use it! But like I said, quickly and easily resolved.
