Do not use this company. We moved out of our house during a renovation and stored almost everything with MyPorter. The employees who did the pick up were wonderful and careful with our items. However, when a different crew returned everything 10 months later, they were missing one-third of our sectional along with the hardware to put it back together. In addition, practically every piece of furniture was dented. A member of the crew literally dragged a mattress up the stairs by one hand, even after I asked him not to, and damaged our ceiling. They also put a bed together incorrectly, leading to damage on the bed and the wood floor underneath. They also scratched and dented our brand new wood floors and installed our dryer incorrectly, leading to condensation damaging walls and ceilings. What's worse, the company kept promising us that they were looking for the missing sectional piece and hardware and promised to pay for it if it could not be located. It has been over 3 months since the delivery, and they have stopped responding to emails and calls. The situation is beyond ridiculous and I recommend that everyone avoid working with this company altogether. PS - Beware of the other reviews. if you look carefully, all of the positive reviews are regarding pickup. The crew pressures you to give them a good review at the end of the pickup (which I did because that crew did a good job). It's how their rating gets so high and dilutes all those who are screwed on the back end.

This company has no Integrity. For a whole year 10/2017-10/2018 my belongings were in storage and paying $153 a month. I entrusted them to take care of my things while I transition from a job loss to financial stability. I was very heartbroken because Myporter damaged my furniture, lost several items, broke my mother's China left to me after she deceased, pictures, bedding, bathroom accessories, drapes, clothing etc has yet to be found. I am taking this company to small claims court within the next month to reimburse me of all that was damaged, lost as well as sue them for the agony they have caused me while I am trying to get back on my feet. One of the owners John even went as far as telling me that they delivered all of my items and did not. I involved the police to assist me to find my items in storage. I was later given a call from John the owner stating that he and staff found several boxes that belong to me and was reluctant to give me an apology after realizing the error. Even after Myporter delivered the items that was found he continued to deny misplacing my other items and no apology for the items damaged or not found. Stay away from this company especially if you cannot have access to your items that you have work hard for. They just throw your items in other people's storage, mixing everything up and when it's time to deliver it, they do not want to be accountable for their negligence and false promises. STAY AWAY!

I caution anyone considering MyPorter! In February we had two trucks with six guys help us move. One of their workers smoked marijuana in the master bedroom of the old house... the smell was obvious!! He later admitted to having it in his pocket. When my wife confronted him, the on site supervisor blew her off saying he wasn't responsible for what the guys did before work! It was apparent another employee did not want to be there. He even tried to direct me what I should carry and what he would carry! To be perfectly honest, two of the workers were outstanding. They obviously had the integrity and professionalism to carry the crew. While unpacking and organizing after the move, we found numerous pieces of furniture damaged and destroyed. this includes a 60" tv where one of them cut the screen while trying to cut the wrapping off. The management never contacted us. After several attempts to contact them by my wife, she finally reached someone who claimed to be in a position of upper management. He directed her to someone else who stated they were aware of the marijuana incident and conducted a "very public firing" of the employee. But apparently they never thought it important to reach out to us, the customer. When I spoke with him, I mentioned the many broken items. He barely uttered an apology, at best, but made no offer to compensate for damages. Based on our experience with MyPorter, I've cautioned several other friends from using their services. Be careful with any inflated reviews. The majority of their business is just storage. It's pretty easy to do nothing and let you keep your property in a locked building!! I recommend you avoid MyPorter. Their management and many of their workers are highly unprofessional. You definitely get what you pay for in this industry.

My Porter moved items out of a storage unit. While unpacking I noticed they had broken a sofa sized mirror. After calling them, Antonio, told me someone from the claims department would call back. No one a ever called back to resolve this matter or to reimburse me for damaging my property. Buyers beware and DO NOT use My Porter moving service! They don’t care about your property.

Initially after my move I gave My Porter a good review until I noticed my firearm was stolen. I discussed the matter with one of the owners on two separate occasions in which he assured me he would get to the bottom of the issue, nothing was done. My move was in November 2018, I've yet to hear back.

Very poor communication during my move. I was given a time window and the entire window was missed. The worst part is the so called app to track the drivers was not working and the drivers and company failed to provide updates. The drivers arrived smelling like marijuana and left several items I pointed out to them to move. They left my home never informing me they were done packing and left my doors wide open. I had to load the left items in my vehicle and when I arrived to my new home I still somehow beat them there. My washer and dryer was hooked up incorrectly and I was over charged for time and service that did not occur.

Services and prices not as advertised

Lost my box, they claimed no responsibility of it and lost 5000 dollars worth of items stored. Would never recommend anyone to ever do business with them.
