I ordered plates, paid for them, but never got them. When I reached out to them for an order staus, I was told that they do not issue plates for the state of Texas, and I would have to go to the state to get them. The site is a scam. Buyer beware.

They cancelled my plates because apparently what I chose wasn’t aloud for no reason at all and didn’t tell me until the 14 days later (they say they deliver in a 7-14 day delivery period). So basically waited 2 weeks to get told they were cancelled 2 weeks ago where I could’ve got a different name and already had them by now. And to top it off the customer service people were rude and completely unhelpful about it and didn’t even offer any kind of compensation for how they fcked up

They provide plates of sub par quality with paint fading a year or 2. Then they ask you to replace the plates for a fee. Terrible quality and horrendous customer service. Do not get any plates from them
