Yes, I finally got my phone case after much aggravation, numerous unanswered emails and a phone call which promptly went to a full voicemail box. I was about to file a fraud claim when the case came today. 9 days AFTER I PAID EXTRA FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING. The company is listed as a California company and the shipment came from Ontario Canada. I believe folks who say they NEVER got their products and I hope they go forward and file fraud claims. I got lucky. I learned a lesson to check online reviews BEFORE ordering anything from any online company. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. ALSO PLEASE LOOK ON BBB SITE AND READ WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY. THIS COMPANY NEVER EVEN RESPONDED TO THEM.

Customer service does not answer I'm very upset over this.

This company is fine. Process and delivery is a bit slow, but the product arrives. I placed my order on November 23rd and received my product on December 6th, which was within the estimated arrival time. Everyone is so impatient and demanding like they are entitled to everything these days. Relax and enjoy life.

You will not receive anything you order from these people. CA. Based and obviously a sham operation. Ordered a case, never received it and unable to contact anyone. They took my money though, don't give them yours!!

Do not order from this company! Even though the prices are extremely low, their customer service is basically non-existent! I sent them 3 emails within a week asking for assistance with my order, and they never even bothered to get back to me. It says on their website that it takes 2 days to process an order but I didn't get any information and it's been 6 days. Who knows if or when I will even receive my order at the rate they're going. Terrible customer service, no help whatsoever and you have no idea what is going on with your order! So, spend the extra money and order elsewhere, because this site is a fraud!

I ordered a screen protector/camera protector for my Google Pixel 6. The camera protector fit, the screen protector was shipped separately and didn't fit my phone at all. I emailed the company's support center... it's been 2 weeks and I've not heard back. I ordered another screen protector from Amazon and got it in less than a week and it fit my phone properly. I won't be ordering anything from Myphonecase.come ever again, won't waste my money on the wrong product and poor customer service.

My order took forever to ship broken

Paid them $20 for a case for my new phone, their own site clearly states I'd receive tracking info within 2 days. Of course I still haven't, and after reading how crooked they are, I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. Crickets, no response. So I'll be initiating a chargeback on my card. AVOID this place at all cost! I should have looked prior to paying!
