Well 3 & a half weeks ago from today I ordered a case and holder for my iPhone 13 Pro Max & I waited and waited until about 5 days ago I emailed the company and asked them for my order status and gave them my name and order number no answer no nothing and I did the same thing 4 times to their email still no response and no products…. So I even have called a bogus phone number and they don’t even answer and no business message machine just ringing and no answers?? So now I’m posting on this app be very careful with your money/ credit/ debit cards because scammers are all over the internet because they seem very shady! So tomorrow afternoon I am calling my bank account to make a complaint ASAP! Because I’ve been overly patient and I even reached out to themon theirinstagram pagenothingyou guessed it!! Definitely done with bogus Companys! Definitely don’t recommend I even tracked it by my order number and no Notification nothing! Goo luck with anyone else!

Ordered phone cases for 2 Samsung S23 cell phones. Heard nothing for 9 days. Called credit card company and got charges reversed. Cases showed up the next day. They were not the Otterbox cases the company had represented. Sent emails requesting a RMA number to return the cases. No response. They did respond to the credit card company to get the money back. Do not use this company. Nonexistent customer service and misrepresents products for sale. I will take the loss . Not worth the effort to fight them and the credit card company over 40 dollars. That is their business model. Learned my lesson on using sites that I am not familiar with. Need to check TrustPilot when using an unknown vendor.

Received the wrong size screen protector for my cellphone. Attempted multiple times to contact the company by phone, e-mail and online form and no reply. Filed a complaint with the BBB and they did not respond to them either. How this sham of a company is still in business is beyond me. California has such strict laws why haven't they pulled the plug to their servers?

I was worried after I placed my order and researched company reviews after the fact. I received my order today for 2 hands free phone mounts for our cars. They were ready to assemble and within 15 minutes both mounts are installed. Plus they arrived within 1 week and are good quality. Thank you, Mike

Ordered a case for my iPhone 11pro. They sent me the wrong case. It is too big for my phone. I sent an e-mail and have made 2 phone calls. The calls went to a weird connection that made no mention of the company name. Obviously no one has responded to my outreach, not that I expect them to. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY. I’m just glad that the amount I lost was so modest. Terrible vendor

I placed an order, did not receive a confirmation or order number, they deducted my bank account for the order the same day as the order was placed. I have emailed them 4 times and tried calling 4 times - no response, no answer. This is a scam company and do not order from them!!! I can't even have the payment reversed at my bank for 30 days.

I ordered a screen protector. The product advertised was specifically for my phone. I got a different prouct!?? It almost fits. Bait and switch is a crappy way of doing business. Do not buy from them.
