The team was incredibly kind and informative, and they took my requested alterations to heart and made sure my plushie was the best it could possibly be.

Had no idea this was being made for me. As soon as I opened the box and saw the crossed paws, I knew immediately what it was and could not speak from shear surprise and joy. Have missed my dog for 5 years and still think of him every day. Now my heart jumps every time I see him. Incredible details and spot on likeness! Thank you for my baby.

Nancy, I am absolutely honored to hear that we were able to help you feel connected with your dog again. Pet loss is never easy, and while time may pass, we always miss our best furry friend. I hope that your Petsie helps you remember all your favorite memories that you shared together. Although they may be gone, the bond and love you both shared will never go away. Thank you for such kind words!

Our stuffed animal is so realistic that the other dog is doing play bows to it. It resembles our sweet deceased Luna very well and is a tremendous comfort to my son. We especially appreciated the opportunity to sign up for a sneak peak before receiving our special plushie. Thank you!
