Placed the order at the end of August and still not received. Carli from petsies has not been helpful at all and only when I said I will be asking for a refund did I get a response which was abrupt. I thought it would be a good gift for a friend who had just lost her setter. Nearly three months later still nothing. I do not trust this company and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone which is ashamed as I would have ordered further products. Not from this company though

I ordered review of the product before sending. of cource it never came and they send before i approve it. And when i try to ask them about it no answer. Dont recomend this company. Customer service is too automatic, noting personal service here, 1 star.

Absolutely do not recommend, especially for people wanting a plush of their cat! I was completely fooled by the pictures in the filtered “good reviews”. I knew it was going to take a long time to make and I knew it wasn’t going to be perfect, what I didn’t know is that the plush I would receive would look like if someone hit my cat with a car and tried to glue him back together. Not only does the general build and proportions of the body look absolutely ridiculous, the eyes are lopsided, the nose was smooshed inward as if he was a Persian (he isnt), the ears were different sizes, and the fur was matted into the seems, it looks like a child sewed this together, AND to top it off they completely forgot a huge marking he has (for reference, he is a white cat with 3 big spots, they only put 2, and I made sure they could see all of them in the photos I sent it!, it was a very large obvious thing to miss) I hate to write bad reviews but this one is genuinely earned, I am so disappointed! I wouldn’t even spend $30 on this if I saw it in a store, let alone the $200 I DID spend on it. Don’t waste your money on this company there is so many artists out there that will make you beautiful plushies for ~$200 and will put so much care into it! Don’t let them make a body horror version of your pet!

Their customer service is terrible. They don’t respond for days. When I finally received my petsie of my Jane it was really wonderful but it took a while to get plus they sent me a totally different product at first which I had to return. I’m still waiting on the magnet I asked for of my current dog Sasha and it’s been almost two months with nothing but an email giving the status of ready for packaging. That was about 2 weeks ago. I would definitely think real hard before ever doing business again.

False advertising I was so excited about this co., and what they claimed to do. I waited over a month for expedited service. I sent 3 pictures our cat. When the cat finally arrived. I was horrified. The cat looked nothing like ours. Especially the proportions. The stuffed ones head was 5 time bigger than the real cat. How does this happen? Especially when you can see the proportions from the picture. Especially with today tech., and ability to do things precisely. Worst $250 I ever spent. This was not cheap. So, upset. Look at the picture. Do you see long white lashes coming out of his eyebrows?The wiskers are ridiculous. Do you see fur coming out the sides of his ears? NO.His eyes are completely different. They dont droop. Look at his face. Its small. Petite nose..There is stitching visible. The quality of fur is same as I would get at a stuffed animal store. This was promised to($250 worth) very close to real. I freeking wouldn't pay $40 for this thins thing .Im furious! Its a gift for a 7 year old girl. She thinks she getting a "real"/fake cat. The possessed looking stuffed dog they sent me looks like it just walked out of pet cemetery. Couldn't even get the color of her nose right. Do not spend money on this product.

Although this is a great business concept, the final Forevers Pet replica is not worth the money that I paid! Also beware of the selective 4.8/5 rating that Petsies has on their website. If you look at other internet reviews, the rating is much lower. Getting a replica of your pet is a very slow process. I wouldn’t mind waiting if the final product was of good quality, but that’s not the case. For the first replica that I received, the body was fine but I was very disappointed with the colouring which wasn’t even close to the photos that I sent to them. Petsies wouldn’t provide a refund and claimed that the only way to get an accurate replica of my pet was to pay extra for a preview. This is clearly a “cash grab” and should instead be included as a quality control process in the overall initial high price paid for their Forevers Pet. It was finally agreed with Petsies to get a remake of my pet done for an additional cost. This remake cost included the preview stage which allowed the final product to be more accurate in replicating my dog. After another long wait to receive the remake, I was disappointed to be charged an additional tariff/duties ransom which amounted to 40% of the invoice amount before I could receive the final product. When I asked Petsies why I wasn’t charged additional tariff/duties on the first replica considering that they used the same courier company, they couldn’t provide a clear response and wouldn’t reimburse me for this additional cost. Overall I’m very disappointed with Petsies and would not recommend this company to provide an accurate quality replica of your pet for a reasonable price.

Paid well over $200 for a likeness of our husky who passed earlier this year. After months of 0 contact it finally arrived, much smaller than advertised and looks absolutely nothing like any of the attached pictures. Very clearly a cash grab to take advantage of people who miss their pets greatly. Do not order.
