You had already provided our team with edit requests and mentioned that the body was perfect, so we are unsure where this unhappiness is coming from. :( I do see that you missed the 4 day window our team gave you to give feedback when we sent the updated images. We do send reminders to make sure that this doesn't happen with our customers and we are very sorry you were unable to provide feedback within that timeframe. Hello Nick, We are so very sorry that you are unhappy with your Petsie of Mickey. Our team did their best to create the plush at the 16 inch size that you requested. Typically, our smaller breeds, like chihuahua's are chosen at the 10 inch size. We would be more than happy to remake the plush of Mickey at this size for a reduced cost. As you have already contacted our team, we will be in touch with more information regarding this. We just would like to note that our team does not hide that our plush creation takes place overseas. It is incorrect to assume that our products are inferior (or our workmanship is inferior) due to the fact that our production takes place overseas. Our designers and seamstresses are extremely talented, skilled, and highly paid. Additionally the tags you are referring to is a legal requirement for all plush toys. We look forward to coming to an amicable resolution. We are so very sorry you feel this way Jessica. :( We always strive to do our best to create the best representations of our customers pets as possible given the sentimentality of these gifts! Our team absolutely did their best to use the information and pictures you provided to create your Petsie. We understand it was not what you were expecting to see, but our customer service team did confirm that all of the options you chose on our website were fulfilled by our team. They offered two separate paths to help better meet your expectations: The first was an extremely discounted remake of the entire plush for you, and the other was to allow our Alteration Specialist to make adjustments to the current plush, 100% free of charge. If you still would not like to move forward with either of these options, we would be happy to extend to you a free pillow of your pet instead. These do not require the artistic liberties that our team has to make when creating our plushies. It would be the best image of Gizmo you have screen-printed directly onto the surface of a pillow. Hello Letty, We are so very sorry and surprised to hear that your Petsies box was damaged during delivery. :( I can assure you that all of our products are boxed with care. When products leave our facility the boxes are not damaged, dented, or ripped. We entrust USPS to deliver our packages with care. I want to apologize that USPS did not deliver your Petsie with care.
