I ordered a custom Petsie that was over…
I ordered a custom Petsie that was over $200 for my mother for mothers day, waited over a month to see it looks nothing like our late yorkie teacup who passed away recently. What’s even more heartbreaking, frustrating, infuriating,etc., is the fact that they won't give me my money back. Then the audacity of them to make an offer for suckers to have to pay $75 more to remake or a free pillow. SMH shady business. I dare them to use what they sent me as an advertisement -_-This was a tragedy spending that much money on something I could have bought in the store for $60 at most. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The stuffed animal should have been made with longer hair and the right colorlike she was in the pictures sent on the first try. I was never offered free alterations, what liars. This should not be a surprise at all, so say something new. I was told I would be charged $75 additionally to fix the issues now it's seems what's been said last is that remake/alterations would be for free. The yorkie had longer hair in picture so I expected that in the stuffed animal. If needed to be charged extra for having longer haired pet that should be expressed in some kind of way before purchase. I just want a refund at this point after all the trouble I was put through with this situation.

Our team member Kaylee, offered to have your plush adjusted for you free of charge by our Alteration Specialist to better meet your expectations. When you indicated that you were wanting a longer fur type than you received, that is when our team member offered you a discounted remake of the plush at a longer fur type. She also, at the same time, offered you, the pillow or blanket free of charge if you did not wish to move forward with either the adjustments or remake option. As she advised you in her last message, all of these options are available to you if you change your mind. Please let us know and we will be more than happy to further assist you. Once again, our team would be happy to move forward with this option free of charge. We understand that you feel that the plush should have longer hair and different coloring. This is the reason our team provided you possible solutions both outside and inside our policy to better meet your expectations. All of these options will always be available to you if you change your mind.
