I had to send my eldest dog over the rainbow this past February and it still hits me hard knowing he isn’t around to follow me or greet me at the door. I wanted something I could remember him by and hold when I cry. I couldn’t afford the plushie so I went with a pillow and sent in a photo that had all three of my dogs in it (saves me from having 3 separate pillow) and the website made it look like my photo was centered well. I placed my order and when the pillow came the photo wasn’t centered, which I realized was an error on my part. I reached out to the customer service team and told them that the photo didn’t come out like I had expected. Melissa got back to me faster than I had expected and corrected the photo layout for the pillow and sent me a replacement at just the shipping fee which I was totally ok with paying since I had expected to have to buy full price all over again. The team made this experience pleasant for me during a really emotional time and now I have a keepsake for not only the dog I had to say good bye to but of my other dogs when that time comes for them. The pillow is a little on the stiff side but the more I hug it the softer it is becoming, so I am pleased with my experience and am saving up to get a figurine made. Thank you Petsies!

I lost my girl a few months ago, and my heart has been broken since. My petsie gave me the chance to hug her and listen to her bark every time I feel I need her.

My granddaughter’s dog is a mutt mixed with so many different breeds that it was impossible to ever find a stuffed replica. She was going to college and was very upset to leave her dog home. I bought her a petsies replica. It was perfect! The dog looked exactly like the real dog! She was thrilled. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is the material isn’t cuddly soft. It’s stiff. But it looks exactly like her dog and helped her from being too homesick her first year away from home. The company made this purchase exciting. They kept sending updates about its progress. It took a long time to create, but the results were excellent.

I had a throw blanket and 2 cushions created by Petsies in memory of my beloved furkid dogs. When they arrived the craftsmanship and designs were amazing! I love my petsie goodies and would recommend for anyone who wants something unique, thank you 😊
