I purchased a petsie of my deceased sphynx cat. The unique spots and colors were captured perfectly. They did a good job with the fabic and sewn in wrinkles. The problem is they have a template body shape for all cats. Sphynx cats do not have the same bodies as other cats. Their head shape, mouth, large ears, long elongated limbs are thin wiry tales are unique to their breed. Putting sphynx "fur" on a regular cat body looks all wrong. It is very silly looking. Much like they have different forms for specific breeds of dogs, they need to offer cat forms for different breeds of cats. I would also like to see an option to have your pet curled up and sleeping. Closed eyes should be an option. They did a great job with what they had but if you have a sphyx or any other unique breed of cat, I would not recommend

I was hoping for the brown around her tail to be represented and it was not. Otherwise she looks great.

For the amount I paid, I honestly expected a thicker blanket. It was a memento gift for someone and it looked cheaper than what I knew was the cost. The photo picture wasn't as defined as I hoped, so I was disappointed in this purchase. Petsies reply still disappoints. I did not order the cheapest possible blanket, but a medium size one. For the price I paid, it should have been more substantial. I doubt the recipient realizes this.

This is a difficult experience to rate. We ordered a stuffed animal replica of our cat who passed on, but since our cat was a basic black cat without much in the way of distinguishing features, I was worried we would get a "generic black cat" plush. I sent pictures and explained her unique features, and...I got a generic black cat plush. It looked very little like my cat. I got in touch with customer service who offered to remake it, there was a bit of confusion about what I wanted (they felt the problem was I thought it was too big, but that was a secondary issue) but they agreed to remake it in a smaller size for no additional cost. The remake took a very long time, but they did offer to let me keep the first attempt (I chose to send it back to them). When we got the second attempt, it was much better. Not perfect, but they clearly made an attempt, and it definitely captures her "essence" more than the first one. I will say this stuffed animal (both the original and the remake) are *extremely* high quality. The fur feels realistic, it looks amazing, and several times I've looked at it and thought my cat was back and sitting on her couch. Our other cat has even been fooled by it. They're not cheap, but they are an amazing product and definitely a fitting memorial to our cat. I kept flipping between 3 and 4, but the main reason I settled on 3 is because they are in the business of dealing with people who have lost pets, people who cared enough about their pets to want something to remember them by. Quite simply, their first attempt was extremely upsetting, I wanted something that looked like my cat and it was *not* my cat. They fixed their mistake and I may be being a bit too judgmental, the loss was still very new. And quite honestly, while I admit I was partly at fault because I was very upset, their customer service was not very friendly or understanding. I'd still recommend their product, especially if your pet has distinctive markings or something they can more easily replicate. Just be ready if things don't end up the way you expect.

The face doesn't match at all, only the eye color is correct. Overall, the tomcat is too big. The paw color doesn't match either. Definitely not worth €260.

I love my Petsi. The problem I have is that he had long hair and the Petsie has medium hair that is scraggly. His nose area was black when it arrived but has turned whiteish which freaks me out. He had very long white whiskers that was his most prominent feature and the Petsie is very lacking in that. His nose was also normal but the Petsie looks like more of a dog's nose but I can live with that. His black legs are also turning whiteish. I love my Petsie because it does remind me of my Whiskers. I guess if you want the most accurate you need to pay over $600 so you can see what they are doing before they send it to you.

I had a custom order made of my sisters dog and the face looks nothing like her, the body is adequate but the head is totally wrong. My sister still loved it, even my other dogs sort of recognize it but the face is definitely not the same.

They made it right, and the solution was good ------------------------------------------------------ I have photos. They completely delivered a bad product that doesn't even resemble the species let alone specific pet. They have a return policy regarding design disagreements not being valid. This isn't a design disagreement. It's pure bad quality work proven. It's not a design issue, it's a skill issue. I realize I paid for a sneak peek but was on a family emergency and only given a 72 hour window so I could not take advantage of that. Regardless, it shouldn't take a preview to at least make this look like a cat.
