PetsiesReviews of mypetsies.com

This was a wonderful experience. I was hesitant to invest in this memorial to my fur baby who died on my lap July 27,2004. I am so glad I did. The resemblance to Pokey is remarkable. The folks at Petsies.com listened to my requests and suggestion implicitly. I totally recommend to those on the fence to do it.

I am still awaiting my Petsie plush but the photos of its competition are perfect. Customer service was great. Responded quickly with a change I needed. I am really looking forward to seeing it in person.

Petsies staff were very patient in working with me, and listened to all of my detailed requests and corrections throughout the process. They were expedient and courteous in their correspondence; so long as your corrections are made in good faith they will work with you as much as possible.

Dear Petsies! My beloved cat that you made for me arrived on 19.08. I cried when I held him... my same Meda.. the only thing I would say is that his eyes are a different color, my cat had green eyes and you put them in yellow. Everything else, fur, body, shape, everything is the same! I'm fascinated. Thank you for making this time easier for me since my cat left us.Now it's easier to bear the fact that I don't have him anymore, with your help it's as if he's still next to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

They were amazing in recreating my very best friend! I bawled when I took him out of the box. I got to see him again. They are amazing at what they do!

As soon as I received my petsies box and opened it..Jazi our baby girl was with us again. It’s been a month now since we had to say goodbye, which has been our hardest yet.. We cannot thank Petsies enough for your effort, care and your artistic handcraft work for capturing her essense and bringing her back to us to cuddle and talk to on the harder days. My bestie walked in and become startled thinking it was actually Jazi girl in the room..as did my mum and other friend..who ask if we had taken Jazi to a Taxidermist (lol). I even added the heart beat option as our Jazi had a heart murmur but I wanted to honour her beautiful heart full of love. Everyone loves this feature! From the bottom of our hearts, Thankyou for your love, time and care of recreating our girl. From Jen, Duane and spirit Jazi.

We had to make the brutal decision to put our beloved dog “Thor” down earlier this year. It has been an huge loss for us these last few months but ever since I was looking at sites to perhaps get a replica to surprise the family with, and when i saw Petsies it was an easy decision. They took great time and care when designing him and were always asking for feedback and any specific features that I would like to be added. I chose to get a sneak peek so I can see the design before being shipped and it is a great choice as I got to make any tweaks to truly make it the best it can be. The artists were always patient and helpful as they truly wanted to support. The plushie arrived yesterday and we were all shocked to see how accurate it is and how much thought and care went into the design. I also chose to get the voice recorder feature as I had a video of him barking and wanted to see how it would sound. I’m pleased to say that it is easy to record and it sounds exactly like he did. A huge thanks to everyone from the Petsies team, we are delighted with our plushy and highly recommend this site for anyone wanting to recreate their beloved pet. Thank you!

Kind and thoughtful communication. They do get back to you when you email them.
