DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I placed my order of my dog that we had for 10 years that recently passed away on Nov. 26th, thinking i would get it in time for my wife on Christmas. Well, it didnt happen. I was ok with that b/c i knew it was coming from China. Finally, 3 days ago i recieved a box in the mail. I have my wife open it, and it is a COMPLETELY different dog!!! I ask for a refund, b/c on their website, it states “Guranteed customer satisfaction or your money back”! I tell them i need a refund, and they tell me they can only give me a 30% refund!!! OR, i can pay another shipping cost for them to recreate it!!! Why should i have to pay for anything at all if I did not even get the product i purchased!! Does anyone know of anything i can do to get my money back? I paid $90 for a product i did not recieve. This company is horrible!!

I really wish I’d done some research on this company before ordering. Ordered and paid for a keychain with a picture of my son and his dog that passed away a year ago. This was to be a Christmas gift for my son. I spent $43, and ordered on 12/7. Today is 1/11th and I have yet to receive my purchase. Anytime I try to reach out to them and enter my order number, I get a message, order not found. So disappointing.

Yah, booo! Just got my $50 personalize gumball machine ring in the mail today, one month after the date “they” stated for delivery. Could have carved this better myself out of tin foil...giving less then one star is not an option.

Still 30 days late. No customer service at all.

I also would not give this site a 1 star. I am SO disappointed in the quality and service of this company. Should have did some homework before I ordered. Can't see the image unless you angle the charm a certain way to catch the light. Also ordered 12/4/18 and received it 12/29/18. This was to be a gift for my best friend. I have not heard from anyone at Mypets.gift after numerous attempts on my part.

Honestly, just ignore all the more than 1 star reviews. I'm pretty sure those people are not real customers. Literally everything the every 1 star review said is true. I can't imagine in what world someone would give this place more than 0 stars (I wish I could give it less than 1). I don't even think it's worthwhile sharing my story since it's exactly the same as the other one. Not only did they're product come broken with missing pieces, but they also told me to fix it myself, then offered me $8 back after I spent over $100. It's a scam. Don't bother with them. Can't believe anyone gave them a review of something other than the worse they could give.

I ordered the 925 keychain as a gift for my husband after our beloved Bobo passed in September. The pictures are so detailed and with an original price of about $100 I thought it would come with that much detail and on the 925 silver as advertized. The keychain itself is super lightweight and looks to be etched onto a heavy aluminum material. There is no way this is 925 silver. And when I say etched, that's exactly what it is. There is detail, but nothing like you see in the pictures they show. With their return policy, it doesn't make financial sense to return it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Well I placed my order over 3 months ago and never received my order. When I try to track the order it says it was not found but they sure did find my 43 dollars. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!! I saw this ad on facebook and from now on I will check out the reviews before I order anything!!!
