I am shocked that there are many one star reviews. I cannot imagine what these shoppers were expecting. I sent in a difficult picture of my wife riding her beautiful pinto colored horse, knowing that I was asking a lot of the company. But the pendant is beautiful and everyone has complimented me when she wears it. I would do business with this company again in a minute!

Ordered a necklace of our Cockapoo for my wife. Came out fantastic...exact duplicate of the photo provided. Was delivered in a timely manner and had excellent tracking info. Couldn’t be happier.

Key ring of my dog Patches arrived today and I cannot stop laughing, it's amazing. The detail is great. What a great gift to give to my dad for Father's Day. I can see loads of people have left negative reviews, but I am thrilled with my purchase!

i received a necklace from one of my friends. looks just like my cat. she said it took a long time to receive this item, but it was worth waiting for. looks like the company needs a better response system. did not see the original ad, so no idea where this being shipped from, or how long the ad said it would be to get this item. very happy with this. best gift ever!!

Placed order 11/24/17, received shipping notification on 12/06/17 and received the necklace on 12/13/17. Was perfectly beautiful and exactly what i expected. I didnt see the reviews until after the order and I did get a little nervous, but things went exceptionally smooth!! Very very happy with my purchase!!
