I was so excited to find this company. My cat Mo left us this past November. Having a deacal of him for my car sounded like a great way to honor him. After 2 attempts their image looked nothing like my cat. I asked to cancel my order. They are telling me they can't do that. I can tell them once again how to fix the image and they will keep trying but they can't refund my money. They have been given 5 images of my cat. I'm not the artist here. If I could explain how to fix it I would just draw it myself. This is ridiculous. Because someone sat at a computer and mocked up a drawing of my cat they can't cancel the order. I'm beyond dissapointed in this company.

I am not one to disparage a company, especially during the holiday season. I can only imagine how busy it is and how every customer thinks they are the only customer. With that in mind, I feel bound to share my experience at Mypetprints.com. I ordered a custom item on December 7th. They say it takes 3 weeks. I took a chance that I would receive by Christmas. No luck. OK, so given what I said earlier, I'm trying to give them a break. It's now December 29th, and still nothing. The communication was very nice - they seem like they value their customers. But they need to fix the shipping and tracking issue or they will continue to see disappointed customers. Again, I acknowledge this is not Amazon and I was not expecting it to be delivered the next day. So, if you have time and are not expecting your order as a gift, then I think you will be fine.

Ordered beginning of November; it is now December 27th, and my product is in Indianapolis (I live in maine). Their website advertised Christmas shipping and they refuse to give me any sort of refund. I’m happy I had so many other presents for him, but considering this was of his cat that went missing, it could’ve easily been a main present. Don’t order from here, and if you do, give yourself at least 2 months.
