Ordered a print on November 20 and paid extra to be “first in line” to assure it would arrive by Christmas since it was a gift. It’s now January 5 and it still has NOT ARRIVED. Terrible and unresponsive customer service.

Awful customer service, order was placed a month ago and still hasn’t arrived and they have ignored numerous emails. Terrible company, spend your money elsewhere.

UPDATE! They are awful, quick and easy - save your money. Working with them since May, damaged product, no replacement and no money back.

Ordered a print on Aug 2. Did not hear anything for 3 days. My order has still not shipped. On their website I see that if I paid a ‘fee’ of $14.95, my order would go to the head of the line. So unlessIi pay a bribe my order may never be printed.

Ordered a blanket on May 18th, paid $72.75, still haven’t received!!!! They note that it was delivered, but they provided NO tracking number. Although when you order it recommends to download the Arrive App, which I did! The website is forbidden. Not Pleased!!!!

Haven’t received my purchase and I ordered it on May 2nd. On May 27th they emailed me the shipping info and to this day it still says the package has no tracking information yet and they are waiting on the shipper. I informed them countless times and finally a week after they tell me they will send another one. We are approaching two months and I still haven’t received my car decal. Horrible product & even worse customer service! Suggest I take a safety pin and painstakingly loosen each part of decal to get it to let go of the backing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
