DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I order on March 23rd. Still no product. I've written them a number of times and they keep sending me an email with a repetitive answer. I understand as well about the delay from Covid but when they say once it takes 12-14 days and on another email that it takes 20-40 business days and now I'm up to 60 days waiting for the package. I just checked the shipping and it's arrived in NY on the 16th. 5 days ago. They told me they have one plant in USA, so why did my package come from China? No more. I'm done with them. They are not a good company. I'll go to Michael's from now on.

If i could give minus stars I would! This company is a complete scam... 2 months and still no product, they send tracking links that don't work and they blocked me from sending a message on their facebook 'support' They also removed me from the facebook support group because i asked others if their items ever arrived... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I want to start this by saying I understand that things are delayed because of COVID-19. I ordered from this company in early April and still had not even received a shipping confirmation a month later so I emailed the company to cancel my order and asked for a refund. They emailed back and at first were very accommodating. They said that since my order had not shipped they could cancel it and give me a refund. I said that would be great and asked when I could expect the refund back. They never responded to that email. Three days later I got a shipping confirmation from them for the item I had order. I emailed them again telling them I did not want the items and wanted a refund. I included the email conversation I had with their employee Amy about getting a refund three days prior to them shipping my item. Their response back was basically "sorry too late" even though I had confirmation from one of their employees that said they would cancel my order. I responded to them again saying that what they did was not right since I had emailed them three days before asking to have my order canceled and again did not receive a response. This was a week ago and I have still not even received my item. I normally do not write reviews for companies unless they are positive but I am just appalled by the way this company treated me. They way they handled this situation was extremely shady and I don't think it is right to go ahead and send orders when a cancelation/refund was requested. The order should have been canceled right then and there when I contacted them the first time. I HIGHLY recommend not ordering from this company. There are so many paint by number websites you are better off ordering from anywhere else. This company definitely needs to look at how they are treating their customers and they need to work on being more upfront and honest.

Scammed also been months, say they can't refund don't order from them! Should of checked where it was coming from, China.

The website said 4-7 day shipping, which ended up being more like 40 day shipping. The product I received has light grey, smudged numbers which are impossible to read. Trying to get a refund has been the most ridiculous month long process and they are horrible at returning emails!!! Would never order from this company again!

Ordered a kit in January. It took FIVE months and many, many emails to receive the product. The colors of the paints they sent are completely wrong. Instead of a beautiful deep crimson for the Blessed Virgin's cloak, it is hot fuschia pink. Instead of a dark grey, they sent light blue. I had to mix my own paints. Luckily I used a coupon and was only out $14.99.

I placed an order on March 16th and still have not received my merchandise. The infrequent responses to my email inquiries are robotic and uninformative. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and have had no response. It's been 2 months now and still no product or explanation other than it has been shipped. Very disappointing as these were ordered in hopes of entertaining my children during quarantine.
