Just like everyone else here, the customer service from this company is awful. I've ordered this three months ago, reached out to customer service and expressed my concern that I didn't receive my package yet. Essentially, they said "Tough luck, you'll get it *eventually*, and you can't get a refund or anything". Not very useful and I would not recommend this to anyone. I will be asking my credit card company for a refund.

Never received, AVOID!! I ordered my paints in March and is nearly July. Apparently the parcel is in China but the tracking information doesnt display any items. I am disputing a refund with PayPal and they’ve stated the parcel has arrived when it has not!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered 4 items in March, and I received 3 items 10 weeks later. Still waiting for the 4th item which tracking says is still in China. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

DO NOT order from this company. It's been 1.5 months since I placed my order and still nothing. Their web site still says 4 US shipping...not true at all. Of course, they say it's because of covid; I have been ordering online throughout the entire covid time span and no other company has taken longer than 2 weeks. I suggest you just stick to Amazon.

Ordered my paint by numbers 3 months ago and I still haven't gotten it. They said it took a long time to ship because they were negotiating a faster shipment but they obviously failed on negotiations as it has been over a month since it arrived in the states and it is still not here.

Ordered in early March, just yesterday (June 10) received one of two paintings kits that I ordered at the same time. Tracking is impossible. Reached out many times over the past few months to receive a refund and was denied. It’s not just because of Covid, I saw similar reviews to mine date back prior to Covid. This is a Scam! Kit was poorly Packaged. Hoping my other one will eventually arrive. $50 down the drain. Don’t waste money like I did.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I placed my order on 4/1/20 and today is 6/9/20 and I still have not received it. When I click on the tracking link it says it is still in China. I sent an email to them requesting my money back and they just keep saying that they cannot refund money for something already shipped out and that I can request a return after I receive the item. It has been over two months! I don't even want the item any longer! Waste of money!
