These guys are scammers. Took my daughters money and disappeared.

They screwed me for over $100 in paint by numbers kits purchased in April, They do not respond to my requests for information or give me my money back, except by a template letter blaming covid for late mailing.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. It came up as an advertisement on my Instagram account. I placed an order on 5/1/20 and received an email that it would be delivered by 5/12-5/30 I then received an email with a tracking number but every time I clicked on it it shows up "not found." When it wasn't received by 6/3/20 I contacted them and asked for a refund. I was told I had to receive it and then send it back for a refund. THEN I received and email that the delivery time was changed to July 12. I emailed them again saying I wanted a refund since it had not been delivered with the same response. Last week I received the brushes I had ordered (which can be found in any craft store). I started hoping I would get the rest of my order since the brushes came. THEN I get another email showing that the entire order had been delivered which of course it had not. With any other company you can get a refund before it's been shipped. This company (which I think is just a bunch of scam artists) is nothing but a way to get your money. I reported them to Instagram with no response. I have since deleted my Instagram account if they are going to allow scam artists on their site. This company has caused me so much angst I wish I could sue them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY WILL ONLY KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!!

I’ve had the same issues as others. Placed order 4/20/20, as of 6/27/20 I still have not recvd my one item. Ships from China - and if I had known that I would not have placed an order. I’ve purchased other items outside of the US and it took some time, but items have been recvd. Don’t purchase from this company - it’s not worth the frustration. I do at least get a response via email - but it’s still really frustrating.

They only post positive reviews on their site, for one, and have horrible customer service. I have been trying to get a refund for a package that has been missing for 60 days, and they just keep forwarding me the tracking link. They clearly don’t care about their customers, and their disregard for a package that has been beyond delayed, and is now lost, is beyond frustrating. What was supposed to be a nice gift to my mom, quickly turned into a chore. Most other companies would have the decency to refund OR send a replacement package. No decency or professionalism here. Stay away.

Ordered but never received. When I asked for a refund, I received notice that my order was sent. Bull! Never sent, never received. SKAM ARTISTS!!!!!

I'd absolutely rate 0 stars if that was allowed, MPBN is a freakin fraud. I ordered from them in early April and it took them ages to send out my product, about close to a month I'd say, but they took the money off my card real quick. In mid-may I realized they had sent me an invalid *ie fake* tracking number so I reached out to them about getting the correct one. They gave a runaround about "oh that shouldn't be, we'll find the right one" then never did. Then in early-June I reached out again and asked for either a refund or a tracking number, and was given another runaround. Now its late June and I reached out to them about a week again stating I absolutely wanted a refund cause from my end, I don't even have confirmation that its been shipped out. They've been giving me ANOTHER runaround about "let me talk to my manager" and then never respond. My last message read "oh sorry, let me talk to him again". This company is hands-down fraudulent, their customer service is a joke and their phone number is an answering machine and nothing else. It should never take this long to issue a refund, heck it shouldn't have taken them ANY TIME to give me the correct tracking number. I'd stay away from them unless you actually wanna be robbed. UPDATE: So after my,idk, 5th request for a refund, they sent me a message reading "oh wooooow we found your tracking number"....they only sent out my order TODAY. ALMOST THREE MONTHS LATER. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEFS, AND I'M FILING A COMPLAINT WITH BBB, I suggest y'all do the same.

This is a SCAM. Ordered on Apr 7, got an email the item shipped on May 14, still has not arrived and tracking number indicates it is China. Contacted VISA and got a refund.
