Very poor experience we ordered in early April 2020, we still have no delivery and no confirmation of dispatch. When we enquire about the delivery date we Receive a standard auto reply indicating they have a high volume of emails to get through and “appreciate” our patience!! I have since asked for a delivery date or a refund. We have since ordered from other US based companies and they have delivered already (the order was placed over 2 months after this order!!). So I do not buy the excuse that it is a difficulty with their couriers! I am very suspicious that this company is legitimate, that now appear to have a UK website...but it still diverts to the same website...... Save yourself some money these guys are unreliable and I’m starting to think fraudsters ! It’s most frustrating given their advertising campaign of “but 2 get 1 free”...what is the point of this if you cannot deliver in the 1st place.

Never received my 2 purchases. Purchased in late March, still waiting. Don't buy from this company!

Ordered on May 10th and got "shipping" information on May 20th. When checking the shipping info, nothing was available except that it was submitted to the shipper in China. Have seen no update since then. The shipping information is ridiculous and I would not order again from this company. They took my money very quickly, but are not in any rush to insure that I receive the product I purchased. I would look at the many other companies that have similar products.

Would give zero and no I am not one of those. I order and paid April 1st, receiving shipping notice and a tracking number on May 1st. Have emailed 4 times since and demanded a refund. I only receive auto email responses saying Covid has delayed shipping but I “should” receive my order within 4 weeks of my shipping confirmation. Their tracking site is also garbage. When I copy and paste in the number it’s says “unknown”. I have file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but not received anything accept a complaint received acknowledgment. Just want my $58 back. So much for a pleasant activity for my furlough time.

DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered over 16 weeks ago and never received a tracking link, they never respond to emails, I have asked multiple times for a refund! I have reported it to the Better business!!! DO NOT ORDER!!! SCAM!!

Terrible Service / Scam I ordered the paint by numbers around mid April, and with the ongoing situation I gave some leeway as to when my order would arrive. It has however been almost 3 months and still no sight of my order. After countless emails, Pam from the company has responded advising they would send out a new one and that we could keep the one in transit as compensation for the hassles experiences. After advising Pam that this wouldn’t be necessary anymore as we are returning to work, and would like a refund, she then advised that a refund would be processed once we return the item. How could this even be possible for an item we haven’t even received. I am all about supporting smaller businesses but this is ridiculous and I would suggest avoiding this business completely.

If I can give it lower rating I would. Took 6 weeks & many emails to actually receive the “ships over night order.” When I finally got it, not one of the paintings were what I ordered. They sent 4 identical Christmas ones. Even worse, PayPal did not make it right. I was out $80. Will never use PayPal or this scam original paint by numbers again.

I ordered from Original paint by numbers and apparently they are the same scam company. I emailed them, checked the order number they sent me, but it no longer exists. And entered the tracking number they sent me but that doesn't pull up anything.
