Order 4 paint by number kits on May 14th. Thought I'd get them before I had surgery on my neck. To date I haven't received them. Said they were shipped. Not happy with them.

DO NOT BUY I am sure this is a scam. I ordered back in May and have not received anything and we’re now in July. I emailed to complain and for an explanation and received an automated email.

Ordered for my daughter's June birthday on May 1st, we're now in mid July and have received nothing. I repeatedly emailed and get same answer, "soon". Thankfully I used Amex and got refunded. I honestly think that this is a scam!

Same experience as several others, When inquiring about my orders I only get an automated response. Got confirmation for my order, but have yet to received.

I ordered and paid for 2 projects in April, we are in July and I have received nothing. I have sent multiple emails and immediately receive a generic answer with a bogus tracking number attached. I WANT A REFUND. These people should be prosecuted they are nothing but scammers and theives.

Ordered in April, still no product in July. There is no contact phone number on their website, so I am assuming this is a scam.

We believe we have been scammed by original paint by number, we ordered and paid in early May, and it is now mid July and no sign of our purchase,we have sent numerous emails and only ever get back a generic message, telling us to keep safe etc.Although we have asked over and over again when we can expect delivery we get no answer only a standard email saying the virus is to blame for the delay.

This is a scam . Do not waste your money. One star is too many but theres no way to rate it less. They charge me in april 2020 for my order here it is july and nothing has been shipped.
