I was sent the wrong product.....trying to return it for a refund.....or if you can send the right product

I never received my purchase, even though it states shipment has been delivered. However, and for me to rate my quality and hoping that I enjoyed my items yet I never received it.

I never received it! I would like a refund or have the product resent!

Have not received my order and is paid in full

My order was delivered to nc. And specifically I put my address.

I ordered $5.98 plus S & H which arrived in an open and empty envelope. The PO said they received it that way. The plastic strip to seal was still on the envelope. Numerous calls and written complaints have gone unanswered. Will never deal with this company again. answered

I didn't get my entire order. I only received 1 conditioner and 3 shampoos. I had ordered 3 conditioners and 6 shampoos. Order# 230918. Please check into this.
