I placed an order on October 31st which got cancelled 2 days later but charged me! Now it's hell to get my money back. Sending several email's but got aswered whenever they like saying always we forwarded your information to our billing departments but nothing. Called on November 18th and someone told me I will receive my credit on the same day but nothing. Now when calling, my calls are hanged up.

I paid $20.92 for a 19 ounce Kool-Aid mix. You charge me $17 delivery. On a three dollar item I was supposed to get 10 for $17 shipping. You charge me 17 for 19 ounce grape Kool-Aid what’s wrong with you? I’m gonna talk to my credit card company if I don’t hear from you I should not have paid $17 shipping when it was your fault.

I ordered 30 tubes of xyligel mouth gel and only received 27 tubes. That’s over $15.00 short on my order
