Only part of my order arrived. No word from the company whether the items were out of stock or coming in a separate shipment. They have not responded to my message inquiring about missing items.

Product came on time but it was open and had been leaking.

They carry some of the products I usually get locally in the UK but can't find now in the US. But their customer "support" is horrid. I emailed them about 3 weeks ago, asking if a UK-brand shampoo listed on their website with a different bottle is made in the UK or the US? They wrote back a few days later that someone will get back to me, though no one ever did. I finally called them and the guy who answered (he says they're located in NY...) said there's no way to know where this item was made. How is that possible? Either it's the authentic UK product shampoo that they carry or it's counterfeit?? In the past, I had ordered from them once before and though they charge a lot for shipping, the box didn't even get to me for another 2.5 weeks. Ridiculous. FYI, Google used to guarantee shopping from this website in the past, but they stopped doing that for this store. I wonder why...?

Questionable business practices. I ordered the items, and within a day found that it was not what was needed. I called them next morning to cancel the order and was told it would be or I could return for reimbursement. They immediately put the payment through to my credit card anyway. I sent emails to them saying I wanted a reimbursement, that the order was cancelled. Today, ten days later, I get an email saying the order was shipped today. I call the customer service number and nobody is available to take calls. It sounds like they are avoiding doing what's right on purpose. There is some kind of business behind the business. Update: soon after posting this I received an email from myotcstore.com saying to refuse the package when it arrives and when they receive it they will reimburse my card . Will revise the review when that happens. They did make good on the reimbursement.

The order was fulfilled in a timely fashion but their web system is not protected. Someone got a hold of my credit card information while in myotc system and immediately charged $300. Of course I had to get a new card. I am afraid to order anything from them again.

I can't remember what I bought from them in a amongst a plethora of on-line purchases at this time of year and they want me to review them. Remind me what I bought and I might be a be able to remember if I had a wonderful customer experience or not.

placed order on 11-29-18 now dec 11 no delivery and was charged $9.00 for shipping .

This store sold me 6 items. Then the next day they said they only had 3 to send me. Then I received an email saying they are only shipping 2. It came when they said it would but I won’t be purchasing from this company again.
