I have chronic sinusitis and laying down in bed my nose becomes more congested making my nasal passages even more narrow for airflow. I have tried so many different products. The external strips caused skin irritation and frequently would not stay on (adhesive issue?), the other internal dilators did open passages but were uncomfortable and more importantly left sore spots in my nose.
