Shipping was slow, a week after I had placed my order I messaged them to find out when my order will be shipped I got no response, then I messaged them again and threatened to cancel my order then all the sudden they had sent me a response to when it will be shipped.

One of three items was out of stock. It took some effort to get the refund. Had to send them a copy of their own invoice and wait for processing. Order was shipped promptly though. Prices were reasonable.

Beware. Your credit card will be charged and you won't receive your item. At least I made an account and the website shows that my order has been "in process" for over a month so I have proof that they took my money without delivering the goods. I'm in process of trying to get refund but I'm not hopeful that it will be easy. UPDATE: After I sent an email asking for a refund I was told my order was never sent due to "inventory problem" but to their credit, my credit card was refunded. So although it took me contacting them, they did respond quickly and refund my credit card.

Unfortunately I was shipped the wrong product, that being said, I have to say customer service did an excellent job at rectifying the situation.

I like the products offered by OTC, however, need to give better shipping rates/deals...also, every time I’ve ordered, there has been insufficient stock on certain items...I end up paying more per unit because I’m prevented from buying higher quantity....as a positive, delivery time is satisfactory, & I do find products I can’t find anywhere else...

I liked the store, however despite the fact you have to pay shipping (which was OK) the shipping itself was very slow compared to other sites I have shopped with. (free shipping or not) The prices were good, but when you take into account you pay for shipping, and have to wait 5 or more days, it doesn't make me want to shop there very often.

I don't really go there to shop. The few items I looked for were not there.

I was not going to leave a review but you continue to send me multiple emails. I was very happy to have the shampoo, which has been discontinued and therefore difficult to find. Unfortunately, it was not packaged well. Essentially, the multiple bottles were simply thrown into a box and shipped. There was no wrapping around them or stuffing in the box. The biggest problem is that they were not taped so that the caps would stay tight. Therefore, the caps loosened in shipment and shampoo leaked from nearly ever bottle all over the inside of the box such that it was a mess and I lost a good amount of my shampoo. I just appreciated getting the product at all, but I would recommend better packaging of liquids in the future.
