Complete spillage and loss of product during delivery. Shipping box was full of spilled oil when delivered. Bottles not sealed properly. Contacted customer service and no reply

I didn’t get all that I ordered and paid for. They left an item out. I have written to them to make it right. I got my order delivered on May 23rd. I emailed the representative that day about the missing item. After several emails back and forth, the representative finally said they would refund the money for that item - that was June 1st. Today is June 19th. No refund and no reply since I emailed them again June 17th.

The package was crushed and one of the tunes was punctured.

I had ordered Sally Hansen complete salon manicure polish "So much Fawn 260" you sent me "So much Fawn 311, I would like maybe an exchange or a refund if you don't have the No. 260 bottle of "So much Fawn" available.

About 20 of the items were crushed. Poor packing.

I’ve purchased from this company several times, however in my most recent purchase I was shorted product and I never received a refund or a resolution. I emailed several times and eventually had to open a PayPal dispute.

The bottle was open and most of the liquid was all over the bag. Could you please send me another bottle. Thank you
