myotcstore.comReviews of myotcstore.com

The package was not packaged well. There were boxes of bath crystals inside and some of the inside boxes were smashed which caused some spillage. The contents should have had more inside protection, such as bubble wrap.

Got my order quickly, but it wasn't exactly what I ordered. I had ordered a the orange flavor and got coconut. Not a big enough deal to send back, but feel like there should be more attention to detail when packing for shipment.

Packaging was insufficient. Half of one of the containers spilled out. The top had jarred loose spilling pearls throughout the package.

I recently reviewed my experience with OTC. 2 days after giving a low review I received my order. For which I am thankful. I still have to say they have the worst customer service (via telephone) I have ever encountered. They have a ways to go to efficently communicate with their customers.

Delivery a little expensive

The soap I ordered is not the same as I purchased in Whole Foods. The packaging is the same but, the scent is different.

I got the exact product that I ordered. The only thing I didn't like is having to wait a week to get the items ivordered.

Some of the items I ordered did not arrive, despite website and packing slip indicating so. I contacted customer service and got a refund, but disappointed the items I wanted I could not actually get.
