The wrong product was received. The product sent is not for facial applications.

You take way too long to deliver package. Other than that, everything was fine. Had to order somewhere else and that was delivered in two days! Was running out!

I expected to receive the product much sooner than I did.

The product was listed as "blistex dct with spf 20" which was the reason I ordered it. What showed up was "blistex dct" without spf. The shipping label even stated that it should have had spf.

I paid for two items, waited 2 weeks and only received 1 item... Bad service !!

I have a complaint and claim at the same time, I received the box with the products but these were 2 broken and the box was all wet. I believe that I paid for the products and it was not cheap, so that they arrived in perfect condition and not damaged like you sent them to me. I don't know how to get you to respond to me for these inconveniences.
