I bought 15 boxes of a product and 14 arrived, one box lost and I'm still waiting for them to solve this problem.

I ordered Zan Gan Ling on may twenty first, with overnight shipping costing, forty dollars extra. It just arrived yesterday, which was June. Third obviously no way overnight. I would like a refund. Susan Feiles

The pump on the Neutrogena bottle was damaged. It appears that during fulfillment they taped the pump dispenser. I have emailed and sent messages several times and no one is contacting me. This is horrible customer service.
