Items were not packed well, so there was leakage. I purchased a hair product that comes in a pump bottle. Not only was the cap of the bottle not checked to make sure that it was in the "off" position, but it was not wrapped, or, at least taped so that the pump did not engage during shipment, which it did, so that more than one bottle (I ordered four) leaked. I have purchased this product from other suppliers, so I know that leakage can be and should be avoided.

I am so disappointed, myotcstore, and the problem is not corrected. I put my order in through Wal-Mart on 11-03-18 and delivery was suppose to be on 11/22 to11/23. The company said it was shipped in March. And was ordered on 3/11/18.. as u can see the dates are scrambled. Also their receipt was for 2 items was a total w/shipping was15.66. My copy was for 4 items w/shipping $24.57. This guykeeps beating around the bush. Says he will call me, this is gong on at least 3 weeks. Can anybody help me, its all mess up on them

I ordered Myoflex and used Paypal to pay and a week later was told they refunded my credit card and had no Myoflex after waiting for many months for it to come in. Your company told me you had it in which is why I ordered it. Very disappointed.

I have not received my order shipped on November 26th and when I click on tracking number UPS has not received this package

It is totally unclear how to place an order and payment method. I started and now have a balance of $95.55 for only 6 boxes of dental floss. Please attend to this matter. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You.

I will never shop there again,sent very poor quality merchandise and charged $28 to return the crap. Never again!!!
