The items I want are never in stock!

Items did not fit and we are having trouble getting someone to assist with the issue.

my order was shorted i still was charged. got a charge back only after i reported my shorted items and the order was incomplete but i still got stuck with incomplete order and there is no live customer service.

I ordered the wrong item and unfortunately it was in a case so when I opened the case and realized the problem I called your customer service department. Apparently I got the owner of the business and he was unwilling to do anything to help me return the product, He stated that he couldn't take the unused items back because they are only sold in a case lot and he would loss money if he did. I asked to speak to someone that could help me get the right product and he informed me that there isn't anyone to help because there is no one that has knowledge of the 40,000 items that he carries. Needless to say this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had!

I ordered bottles of Herbasway green tea extract and they tasted watered down. Actually they hardly had any taste at all. I have been using this product for years and have never had that happen. I spent almost $75 on these bottles! When I brought it to their attention, they said they couldn’t do anything about it and I should contact Herbasway. Since I didn’t buy direct from Herbasway, they would not refund me. Bottom line is myotcstore doesn’t back their products. I will not do business with them again!

Poorly packed and thrown in a box with little protection. Five of the twelve bottles had leaked the solution. Customer service asked for several pictures and then was worthless. Did nothing to make it right.

I ONLY RECEIVED 1 ULTRAMAX. I ORDERED 2 AND WAS CHARGED FOR 2. I CALLED YESTERDAY AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BACK W/RESULTS. HAVE NOT HEARD ANY ONE YET???;

I placed a order & never received it. When I sent them an email. They just brushed me off and told me to look for it cause it showed delivery. I still till this day haven’t received my deodorants.
