I think a rat punctured one of the package sent from Brooklyn warehouse, it is punctured. Initially thought someone punctured with a fork but realized it was probably a rat in their warehouse. The other package was poorly resealed for leakage probably from another puncture by rodent. Three of four from China origin, which I don't buy. No response for return. Not worth the price.

I bought 5 pieces Earth Mama Baby Oil, the items was listed under clearance category. When I received the item I was shocked. Because they are expired. Customer representative informed me that, the items are in clearance category and I should know that clearance items can be expired. This information is not written any where in their web page. Can you believe it a company can sell expired baby product and they think they are not doing anything wrong. Furthermore I paid not %10 of the actual value, I paid just %50 less. Consequently, this company does not care babies health, they are just cruel profit lover.

They advertise very low prices on products, but they don't tell you that you can order only 2 or three at that price ANYWHERE. You find out only when you choose a quantity that is over their measly limit. They also said that if I joined their mailing list, I would receive free shipping. The code for that did not work. Never again. Wasted time and for what? Saved no money.

ORDERED $100 WORTH OF MERCHANDISE AND IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL....JUST EVASIVE IN RESOLVING YOUR PROBLEM...OFFERED NO SOLUTIONS. DONT BUY FROM THEM. OTHER GREAT, RELIABLE SOURCES.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Company never sent product. I contacted them multiple times. Their customer service finally said the product was due in 3 days to arrive to their warehouse and then they could ship it. Fast forward to a week later and then they sent an email saying it shipped. Clicked on the tracking number and UPS cant find that tracking number. I would shop elsewhere. For the dollar u might save you probably will end up with a headache of an order. I won't be a return customer.

Do not order from this company! I spoke with Rathan to verify quantity of a product. He confirmed quantity. I ordered immediately. Never received shipping notice as promised. A week goes by and I contact them about my order and they say that it has been cancelled and will not give me a reason why. So they have had my money for over a week and lied about the product! Worst company Ever!

I received a similar product and not the product that I had intended to purchase.

I have now had two negative experiences with myotc store over 3 orders: the first time (2nd order) my order was lost for two weeks and when I e-mailed asking about it they sent and I received a very cold and business-like apology and they did not offer to give me any discounts or anything. Since it was a small order the very least I would have expected was that they would waive the shipping cost. The second problem (third and last order) I received the wrong product and when I contacted them they refunded me the cost of the item but not shipping. Again, I have come to expect better customer service: they should have refunded item and shipping cost and/or sent the correct item at no extra cost. As it was they refunded the cost but if I were to order the correct item again I would have had to pay shipping twice. Not thrilled with this company and will not order from them again.
