THIS COMPANY LOOK LEGAL BUT THEIR ARE NOT I ORDERED AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY MERCHANDISE THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE NOR EMAILS I AND SO DISAPPOINTED

Absolutely horrific experience. Claimed they had 4 of the 5 products in stock and when the time came to ship only had one and charged more in shipping than the actual item cost. Fraudulent in every way! Ann Bell

Terrible service. I ordered 8 boxes of color and paid for 8 items but received only 7!!! I contacted the customer support and they were supposed to look into the issue. It’s been 12 days already and nothing was done. I will never use the store again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to use it.

Worst customer service ever. Placed an order back before COVID-19 virus had become a federal issue in US. I paid for expedited shipping and all my items were in stock. Two weeks after I placed the order I heard nothing so I emailed them on website contact tab. Still no response but noticed disclaimer at the top of website about the virus delaying delivery. I called and couldn’t get through to anyone so I had to file a case in PayPal. Finally after I got PayPal involved they emailed me an apology letter saying they had to cancel my order. Shame on them for not communicating with their customer’s and forcing me to get a third party involved. Buyer beware. I’m grateful that I used PayPal instead of paying directly with my card. I do not recommend this business to anyone who needs medical supplies.

I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS IF I COULD. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER RECEIVED ANY OF MY 4 ORDERS. I LUCKILY WAS STILLCABLE TO CANCEL 3 OF THEM BECAUSE AFTER 2 WEEKS THEY STILL HADNT SHIPPED OUT. THEY SEND GENERIC EMAIL RESPONSES.FILE A CLAIM WITH BBB

In this day in age with the COVID-19, I ordered Lysol Disinfectant spray because I could not find the item anywhere else. The site stated that it was available for purchase, and I never received any notification that there was a back order. I was charged for the merchandise, but never received the items. What's sad is that these items were to go to my elderly patients, mainly vets, who aren't able to get these items. So my recommendation, stay the hell away from their website. I haven't been able to reach out to anyone via phone and have yet to receive an email.

This is the worst company ever,they sent out only part of my order and charged me more than the whole order was suppose to cost. Never shop with them they will rip you off.

Purchased Deva Vegan Vitamin E, received March 2020 with an expiration date of September 2020, product will expire in 6 months? Also a bottle of Nature Made Calcium Gummies, received March 2020 with an expiration date of December 2020, product expires in 9 months? Do NOT purchase these type of products from this site unless you don't care about expiration date.
