Took way to long to receive my order.

Wrong item was sent waiting for credit.

You sent me a product with a short expire date and put a stamped out sticker with a longer date on all of them-all 20 of them. When I buy a product I expect to not have the dishonesty.

Ordered my soap on August 22. It finally arrived September 10. Not impressed. Next time I'll likely just go down to the pharmacy and buy it.

Order was only partially fulfilled. Several items paid for were not included in package. Email and phone call to OTC to address this issue have also gone unanswered. Disappointing. And a shame as OTC does carry some hard to find items. Alas not terribly useful when portions of an order are never delivered

Shipment arrived very damaged. Sent the company a note and got no response

Placing order was easy, but everything else after that wasn't. Only 1/3 of the order was shipped 5 days after the order date, even though those other items seem to be in stock (according to their website). Reaching their Customer service via phone is impossible, nobody picks it up and their voicemail box is full. After sending them an email they responded within 48 hours (which is good), saying that my email had been forwarded to their shipping department and I will be notified of a partial refund. It was 2 weeks ago. Nobody contacted me since. I will have no choice but to dispute my order with my credit card, in order to get my partial refund. I would not be purchasing anything from them anymore.

Too long for delivery
