Missing items and no response after contacting customer service

I was given this website by a freelancer. He shared 7 similar sites with me, and 5 of them turned out to be fake. I’m quite sure this one is the same — the pattern is too obvious. All the “positive reviews” come from accounts that have only one review each, and most of them were written within a single month. ⚠️ Be careful! This looks like another scam website.

Horrible I like a re-shipment they all opened my first order each individual bottle was shrink wrapped

I ordered 10 jars of Windmill Vitamin E Ointment based on the item photo and ingredients. A day later, the website changed the photo to the “new packaging .Not only was the packaging of Windmill products changed, but so did the formula of ingredients in the Ointment which I discovered when the items arrived. I reported this to customer service and was told by 2 people that I could return the 10 jars at my expense . I don’t think I should have to pay the return shipping because it is NOT the product I ordered. I ordered the Ointment that doesn’t contain Petroleum.At least I could have been notified of the addition of Petroleum, snd asked if I wanted that new product. But I was not given the opportunity . It was shipped anyway and now I am expected to pay to return it? Clearly in this instance I should be able send the products back without having to pay shipping. Yesterday I responded to the latest email and stated these facts and have not received an answer. It’s not my fault that I ordered something I don’t want…simply the Windmill company changed the formula and the new product was uploaded AFTER I paid for my order.

I missed a whole 6pcs of John freida blue shampoo was missing from my order and 1 extra bottle came in leaking and damaged. I sent a message on the contact link, no response. I emailed the email on website, no response. I called and could not speak with anyone. This brand needs to do better plus you owe me a refund

I bought like 15 cans deodorant sprays, down to my last few cans to my surprise none of them were spraying so I reached out to them complaining about the problem and they said the Company has a 30 day return policy and they would not replace it, so my question is if I needed to try every can when I got the shipment? There service sucks as well as their retail store on 13th Ave. in Brooklyn.

When UPS dropped off my package this afternoon the box was broken and open and items were missing. 2 × Alba Botanica Natural Acnedote Maximum Strength Face And Body Scrub - 8 Oz 1 × Alba Botanica Hawaiian Coconut Cream Lip Balm, 0.15 Oz Please either send the items or refund me for them thanks. I called and sent the above message and haven’t received any response.
