They are thieves, 6 times in the last year they shorted me items but charged me, they just did it again and told me to take a picture of the items for a refund, take a picture of the items that weren't included? Called their number, told "we are not issuing you a credit, do what you have to do" STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 4 products and received 2. They tell me to reset my password. That doesn't work. Getting a run-around. I shall change my credit card information and report fraud.

Weeks late and apparently used! Four of the ten eye heating pads I finally received in broken packaging had clearly been used. They had no soap in the fabric part and took additional reheating to activate. This store should be avoided at all costs!

I put a review on their website and they DELETED IT!!! I purchase Desitin "Fresh Scent" specifically based on the Title description of the product on their website, that's what I expected to receive. Upon arrival of this product, I received Fragrant Free Desitin which I now know is the only option. I searched high and low for the older product, had their description not said "Fresh Scent" specifically, I would not have purchased it. I've contacted this merchant but they refuse to let me return the product for a refund. Why, because they stated that the UPC on the product I received matches their UPC inventory . NOPE!! I PLACED THIS ORDER FOR A SPECIFIC ITEM. YOU SENT THE WRONG ITEM. I even told them to they needed to change their description and didn't until I wrote an unfavorable review beneath the product on 7/19/21. Now the description has been changed. How would any consumer know the UPC symbol without the product in hand?? This was a complete misrepresentation by this seller and is THEIR ISSUE...NOT MINE!!! Now they won't reply to my messages.

1. Their website says "free shipping for orders over $149" - didn't apply to me. The support was useless - basically just said "works on our side". No refund. 2. They didn't ship half of the order. And I had to prove that through a lengthy email thread (a total of 28 emails). First, I had to send photos of the package. Then, I've sent a video showing that the box isn't even big enough to fit all items. They still didn't believe it - basically saying that their warehouse has confirmed the shipping is fine and the issue is on my side - either someone has stolen the items or just I'm lying. Then, I had to weigh every single bottle to prove that the overall weight of the box is exactly what they've sent to me. And only then they've agreed that the package missed 8 items ($100+ btw). The result was a refund, not a shipment of missing items. Total time wasted - 1.5 months. P.S.: I always thought that shopping at smaller retailers vs amazon is better since I'm supporting smaller businesses. Never again. If such a thing would happen at amazon - I'd instantly receive a refund without even sending a partial order back. UPDATE (re myotcstore reply): 1. I've tried doing that and it still didn't work - you can check the email thread we had. 2. Still holds true - lots of time wasted to receive that refund. Thank you for confirming.

Hello Danylo Yelizarov, As per our policy "No – coupon codes cannot be used with Free Shipping items." but our record shows you used a $10.79 discount coupon code in the order. For your second complaint, We have verified your order history and provided the missing contents refund. As same we received some missing content issues in the past from our buyers and after investigation we found those items are placed in the Mailbox. So we are following our procedure. Please understand and cooperate with us. https://www.myotcstore.com/shipping-policy/

It has been eight months and I am still waiting for an overcharge to be credited to my credit card. Very friendly nice man answers OTC phone and says “it should show up next month”.

I placed an order on 12/24/20 for 6 pack of Yogourment Freeze dried yogurt probiotic Starter for the price of $63.99. I received only one pack. I called them and explained that I received only one of six packs. They sent me 3 additional packs few weeks later. I called again and told them there are two pack which you need to send me. They told me we will give you credit. 3 months passed and I did not receive any credit. myotcstore.com is not reliable store to shop.

I ordered some items and a couple days later received an email saying that the order was in process and would receive a tracking number when shipped. Never got that tracking number and when I logged in to my otcstore account, the order was still pending. Tried to call, no one there. Emailed asking about the status of my order... no response. Merchandise not received. Currently I am disputing the charges with my bank. This is during the pandemic when I have to limit going out. Really, really reprehensible for this outfit to be stiffing customers and especially during COVID. Avoid this vendor. I truly believe there is no business and no inventory, just someone stealing people's money.
