Worst customer support service and website ever. Now reading more reviews I understand why a 'customer support agent' was not able to help me with my question. I asked what one of the products they sell includes, and the guy told me he doesn't know they have thousands of items, right thanks for help scammers!

Total fraud- just took my money- never sent the product. Emailed them several times- no response.

SCAMMED-DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an order over 6 weeks ago and still have not received my delivery. I contacted the company and they responded "We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We will file a claim and provide you with the resolution at the earliest. Please wait a couple of days to complete this procedure." It has now been 7 days and I have not heard back from them.

Outrageous shipping charges and then takes forever to ship and deliver

They sent me the wrong product which was different from what I ordered. I emailed both Sales and Customer service email about issuing a refund an no response. When I got someone on the phone he did not sound like a professional just said hello. When he looked up my order I told him about the issue. He said "oh yes we gave you the upgraded product" I told him the name is diffrent and the ingredients are different. He said he would send a shipping label and hung up.. no follow up email or call..

This doesn’t appear to be a legitimate business. It appears to be an elaborate scam operation. The website lists all manner of product, all labeled “in stock”. When I placed an order, my CC was charged and an email was sent indicating that the item shipped was sent. Two weeks later; no item. Check of the website now showed my order as “awaiting fulfillment” while the product listing still showed “in stock”. A call to “customer service” revealed this is just a dude with a cell phone who answers with “Hello?”. He assured me the item would ship tomorrow. I insisted the order be canceled today. Tomorrow I will proceed with CC fraud department to reverse the charge since I am confident the dude with the phone in his pocket will not honor his word.

I called them once about a question I had and they hung up after 10 seconds calling. I called a second time and a guy picked up. He didn't seem to care about my issue. Very rude and unprofessional attitude from him. He hung up again without fully giving the customer service i deserve. I was so excited and pumped to buy a product that I was interested in. I was ready to spend 7k with them and they decided they didn't want me business or phone calls. Too bad for them. If anyone is looking for a professional supplier. this is not the place to come.

Ordered from them a few times. First time there were no issues. Second time, I only received 1/2 my order. Tried reaching the company and was ignored. Opened a chargeback with my credit card company. If they don’t have the product in stock they still let you order and keep your money. If you see it available on their website, doesn’t mean it’s available especially for hard to find products.
