When order was placed it called for expected delivery in a week, several contact attempts made via telephone several emails still no shipping info, and says awaiting fulfillment, I just finally got to a human on phone hacking and coughing and clearing his throat every few seconds, and he finally tells me order would get pulled 'tomorrow'. I asked for refund he kept pretending not to understand the words Sure acts like a scam. Avoid This Online Headache, find a reputable vendor! December 5 2023 It took many more emails and phone calls to actually get the refund for order never shipped, I strongly advise to avoid this devious and deceitful incompetent scam website!

Not only did it take over ten days to receive my order and multiple phone calls for updates. My package arrived smelling like a smoky musty stench not only on the outside of the box but all the items have a disgusting smell. Aside from the smell I have several items missing from my order and I have left three messages with otc and zero answer from the business. I was charged for my full order and I am missing items and due to the smell I am unable to use any of the items.

Product was not the same I will continue to order from the main vendor and pay shipping

Should be a zero. I ordered an item from them and never got it. They tell you in the website how things are being delivered. Never mentioned DHL. Most scams use DHL and the shipper. There is always a problem with DHL. I reached out to ask for a refund and never got a response. Good thing I didn’t give them much money. Do not spend so much you get the free shipping. You will be giving money away.

This company is a TOTAL SCAM avoid at all costs!!!! They send you a two dollar free gift but not the product you order and claim that the tracking number proves you got your order. This is a complete scam and they steal your money from you!!!

if i could give ZERO stars for them i would!!!! SCAM....My husband was looking threw there website and all he did was put his paypal card on file and he woke up to 4 transactions from china!!!! makes no sense because there so called store is located in new york. hubby disbuted it bc he never purchased anything threw them. Save yourself time dont shop there
