I only got 5 units of this product I ordered 20 I have been waiting to see if maybe more were delivered but nothing yet. I need my 20 units!!!

I was shipped a completely different product than I ordered and never received my refund even though I had tracking info to prove it was received. I won my payment dispute with PayPal. I opened a BBB complaint. And will never use myotcstore.com again.

I ordered 2 hairsprays only received 1. I reached out via email and waiting to hear back. The delivery was quick 4 days and prices were good. I’ll keep you updated if I hear back from them about the mistake.

Don’t buy from this store. My order was damaged/spill. I have been calling customer service they never answer. Send them 4 emails they only got back to me saying the video I sent them can’t be opened. Worst customer service I ever dealt with. They won’t ship replacement or refund you.

Lousy. Received wrong order. Took pictures of the wrong order and waiting for the correct order. I’ve already paid. If you can’t get the right order to me then refund my my money.

They are some racist scammers!!! If you want to waste your money go ahead and do business with them but they sell bootleg products that break easily and they stole my money and lied saying they would refund me when they didn’t!!! Scam, scam, SCAM!!!
