I ordered insulin for my dog, on 2/26. I got no confirmation of my order but they did take the money from my checking account quick enough. I waited two weeks without the insulin showing up but I did get a sales email from them, so I called the number given and asked when I could expect my insulin. I was asked for a order number, which I could not give him, because I never got a confirmation email. So then I was told to call back later in the day at 2pm when he would "be on the computer that lets him look up orders by name". I have never heard of such a thing, but OK. I called back at 2pm and it went straight to a voicemail that said they were closed and to leave a message. If this place is not a scam, it certainly could use an update on their product order look up capabilities and longer hours of operation. I filed a request for refund with PayPal, outcome pending.

I purchased 7items in this order and only received 1my account was changed almost $55 my financial institution is aware of and I want a refund as soon as possible since there has not been a correction

I am missing several items! None of my money was returned no email to explain what I did not receive. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS HOODRAT STORE. People BE AWARE!

Product arrived in sealed bag, however once opened I found the bottle was tampered with and seal under the cap punctured.

I only received part of my order. I ordered three(3) bottles of Gaviscon but only one was received. I will not use this company again.

Do NOT buy from this shady company! They will keep telling you they are sending the product but never do. Then when you ask for a refund they say they are going to process it but never do that either. I had to dispute with my CC company and when I reached out to them again to ask where my refund was they said they had responded to the dispute and closed it. However, that was also a LIE! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
